Hi Wolfgang,
I've installed python3-fiona-1.8.21-1, python3-geopandas-0.8.1-2 and 
python3-rtree-0.9.4-1 and I cannot see any error after putting the two 
script in the "scripts" folder and launching QGIS 3.26.0: it is then 
possible to open the algorithms GUI as you can see from this screenshot

Maybe you have a not up to date fiona package?
