[Qgis-user] Spatial Filter

Hello all,

I need to do Spatial Filtering for my data. meaning, to select a concession
(polygon) and to ask QGIS to find all wells (points) that exist (or does
not exist) in this polygon.

is this possible? what is the tool name?
