[Qgis-user] laz filename to copc.laz

Hi

I just opened a LAZ file name "Stadium_1.38.0-area_point_cloud.laz" that
created a copy called "Stadium_1.copc.laz"

It is cool, because it produces a responsive visualization.

However I was expecting the created file to be named
"Stadium_1.38.0-area_point_cloud.copc.laz" or even
"Stadium_1.38.0-area_point_cloud.laz.copc" (somehow like sidecar files in
GDAL - ovr, aux.xml - that only add characters, but do not change the root
name). Removing part of the filename (everything after the first dot) could
be problematic...

Actually I cannot see the file Stadium_1.38.1-area_point_cloud.laz. I have
to rename to something different at the beginning, before the first dot.
