[Qgis-user] MOLUSCE plugin installation

I installed molusce plugin and  when I try to import into the Qgis 2.18.28
version its not working. It showing numpy error is there.
please help in this regard.
or suggest me which QGIS version and Molusce plugin version I want to
download.
