Hi Harrissou,

thank you very much for pointing me to the advanced setting and the issue comment.

Best regards
Simon

Hi Simon,

The option has indeed been removed from the Rendering tab and kept only under the "Advanced" tab of the Options dialog[0], as logCanvasRefreshEvent.

Hi,

I am still looking for the option to enable/disable rendering logging/debugging (see below). Can please someone give me a hint? Or maybe a python script?

The old setting is visible here (Debugging section):

https://docs.qgis.org/3.16/en/docs/user_manual/introduction/qgis_configuration.html#rendering-settings

It seems that is disappeared when vector and raster sub-categories have been introduced to the rendering settings.

Thanks
Simon

Hi,

how can I activate/deactivate the rendering log messages (that shows the drawing duration for each layer).

I have an old profile where it is activated and a new one where it is deactivated. I cannot find the setting any more (rendering options?). Is the setting hidden or moved to advanced options?

Simon
