Hi Tetsuro,
it seems a similar issue has been addressed with PR 
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/49226 in QGIS 3.28, but non in QGIS 3.22.

Please try if the issue does occur also using the latest available QGIS 
3.28.
