[Qgis-user] Cannot find Print Layout

Hi,
Here the HTML version (https://docs.qgis.org/3.28/en/docs/user_manual/print_composer/overview_composer.html) and "File" menu should instead be "Project".
About missing icon, well... Maybe you don't have the " Project" toolbar enabled (can be done from View menu --> Toolbars)
