[Qgis-user] Adding road symbols to a map

[ERT - Mike Breiding]

Greetings,
I have been reading tutorials and watching YouTube videos but I cannot 
find out how to add road symbols to lines such as interstate and US 
Highway shields.

Any suggestions?
