[Qgis-user] QGIS for safe organization use

What is ITAR?  When I look up ITAR I get:
International Traffic in Arms Regulations

Ah, I see that is it:

"ITAR rules is a precondition of receiving controlled
goods and technologies from a U.S. company."

We are running into that with a project I am involved
in at work.
