[Qgis-user] Distance/Direction App

Hello,
I have three layers as shown below. Zone1, Zone2 and bus stops.I did these
layers in QGIS desktop. I want to create a mobile app in QGIS to meet the
following needs. If anyone enters zone1 or Zone 2 and enter address of any
location within in the zone, it should give the distance to the nearest bus
stop and Stop#, It should also give the direction of the bus stop from the
address location. For ex: N, NE, S, SE, SW etc, Is it possible to do in
QGIS?
