[Qgis-user] Split into equal number of rows

Try this
* Add Autoincremental Field: Field name 'Group', start values at 1, modulus
value 11. Run the tool to add a new attribute with values ranging from 1 to
10 for each feature
* Split Vector Layer: Choose 'Group' as the Unique ID field. You will get the
original file split into 10 files.
