[Qgis-user] restore qgis project

Good afternoon,
I would like to know whether it is possible to restore a qgis project saved
with an earlier version than 3.34. A colleague saved a project with a
previous version (3.14), now opening the project the shp file display
styles have disappeared and they are all characterised with the same colour
(in my case all shp files are blue). is it possible to recover the old shp
styles?
