[Qgis-user] Plugin available on repo but not in QGIS

It is approved, so should be in plugins.xml

BUT(!) as it is experimental, you only see it when you have the 'Show  also Experimental Plugins' checkbox checked in the repo settings.

You probably have, but it is default UNchecked.
