Hello Michael,

I think the problem here are the 2 map units per pixel, because in your CRS this means 2 degrees, so one pixel is about 200 km wide. You can try 0,001 for about 1 m.

When converting Maps to raster format WGS 84 Geographic (3d) (EPSG4327), raster layer output after conversion shows only a colored image but not original map image.
