[Qgis-user] Use QGIS "Identify Features" to get pixel value from ArcGIS Image Service

Hi Bernie
 From what I can see, you are allowed to export the image to a file
<https://geonb.snb.ca/image/rest/services/Elevation/DEM_Raw_MNE_Brut/ImageServer/exportImage?bbox=2305999.5403999984,7274999.904218759,2711942.5403999984,7676878.904218759>.
