[Qgis-user] Update Python, MSSQL ODBC 18 Driver and curl

Hallo together,

Is it possible to patch Python, MSSQL and curl on existing installations?
We are using a software vulnerability scanner and this three components 
are always in the top 10 in our reports.

I see two possibilities but I don't know if this is possbile with qGis.

1. Install these components idenpendently from qGis and let qGis use them, 
so it would be possible to update these components via installer to newer 
versions.
2. download these files for these components and replace them where qGis 
installed them.
