[Qgis-user] This is an inquiry about downloading a QGIS file.

Hi Jun,

At https://download.qgis.org/downloads/ you can find all the old versions
of QGIS. I believe that, at least for the windows packages, it then links
to the FTP server of the Open Source lab of Oregon State University
(Mirror).
