[Qgis-user] A load of updates in OSGeo4W

Hi Jürgen,

I did install using pip.

The fact that QGIS uses custom-compiled binaries could be a complicating
factor, as we compile our binaries against pyArrow.

Are there plans for QGIS to ship with PyArrow and/or to use standard
binaries for it?
