[Qgis-user] Public IGN / France services NOT epsg:3857 ?

You can download the plan IGN with 2154 projection, by department area for
scales 8 to 19, here : https://geoservices.ign.fr/planign

And on the page https://geoservices.ign.fr/bascule-vers-la-geoplateforme
there is a link to regularly updates csv file which gives the different
layers available and links
Currently the last version is from the 18th October :
"Liste des ressources de services Géoplateforme (version du 18 octobre
2024) : Fichier CSV listant les ressources de services web de la
Géoplateforme, avec les informations : nom de ressource, service,
producteur, statut ("publiée" ou "non publiée"), URLs d'accès, date de
disponibilité, licence"
