[Qgis-user] QGIS Desktop Licensing in a professional organization

Hello,

I have a question about the QGIS Desktop Licensing in a professional organization.

On the download page ("https://qgis.org/download/") is mentioned:

"The OSGeo4W installer is recommended for regular users or organization deployments."

So that (https://qgis.org/downloads/QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.34.10-1.msi) is the version I want. However, on "https://qgis.org/resources/installation-guide/#osgeo4w-installer" is mentioned:

"The packages listed in the above table only install the necessary dependencies needed to run QGIS. Corresponding to those packages there are also meta packages with the suffix -full-free and -full. The -full-free contains additional optional dependencies that some popular (not included in the default QGIS install) plugins use. The -full includes everything from -full-free and also adds proprietary extensions like Oracle drivers, ECW and MrSID. The Express installs reference the corresponding -full variant and the standalone installers are also made from these OSGeo4W package sets."

So, if I read that correctly, it means that the OSGeo4W Installer (which I want) is based on the "-full" variant, right? That means it includes proprietary extensions like Oracle drivers, ECW and MrSID. We need of course to comply with licensing terms and since we are not planning on using those proprietary extensions, I was wondering if there is a way to get a .msi installer without those extensions. Our company does not allow creating our own .msi's and using network installers is also prohibited. Any help will be appreciated.
