[Qgis-user] Freezing

Dear Madam/Sir,
I hope you are doing fine.
When I create a layout in QGIS and want to save it as pdf or image, it freezes. Restarting the QGIS doesn't resolve anything. backing-up and deleting the QGIS folder in App Data doesn't resolve anything. Please could you advice what to do.
