[Qgis-user] can't open QGIS - use CONTROL-click

The recommended "Tips for first launch" (see below) is misleading.
It refers to "command-click on its icon in your Applications folder and
select Open in the context menu".
In the Apple eco-system, "command-click" refers to the mode key used
with, for example, cmd-C for copy, cmd-V for paste, etc., which on some
keyboards has a apple icon.
For the instructions listed in "Tips for first launch" you need to use
CONTROL-click.
In the Apple eco-system, control-click is what brings up context menus.
It also is generally the equivalent of "right click" in Windows.
