[Qgis-user] QGIS 3.40 won't open

Several weeks ago I installed QGIS 3.40.10  on my Windows 11 desktop 
computer.  It's been working fine until today.  Now it won't load. I 
re-installed it using osgeo4w-setup.exe.  Still won't open.  When I 
click on the desktop icon I get a brief hourglass and then nothing.  
QGIS 3.34 is still installed on my computer, but it won't load either.
    During installation, Malwarebytes quarantined three files:
c:\pcam\newest\winpcam.exe
c:\pcam\work\winpcam.exe
c:\pcam\newest\winpcam_1.zip

Is that relevant ?
