[Qgis-user] Error loading QGIS Question

Hi Louis,

This is likely caused by a Windows update. Ask your IT and see if they have
pushed a new Windows update to your system. And you are right, it is
Windows defender blocking some of those DLL. Check the report from your
virus scanner software and see what files have been flagged. If they are
from QGIS installation directory, you can whitelist them and then try again
and see if the application runs.
