[Qgis-user] Drawing circles on maps at 600 ft diameters out

Hi Garth
Welcome to the QGIS Project!
The best option here would be to use the Vector geometry/Multi-Ring Buffer
tool and just use 600ft as the Distance between the rings.
Then you can style the rings so only the outline is visible and the
internal is transparent.
To dissect the lines into 4 Quadrans - well you can do this manually by
splitting the polygon in editing mode, but perhaps check out the Plugin
repository <https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/becagis/> to see if something
is there (BecaGIS perhaps).
Also, don't forget if you want to search for something, in the lower left
corner of QGIS is a search field.
