Hello Laurentiu,
here is a screenshot from the QGIS manual for CSV-import.
For your CSV you have to tick „Custom Delimiters“. There use „comma“.
In „Record and Fields Options“, as Phil already said, activate „Decimal separator is comma“.
And at least in „Geometry Definition“ check the columns for X/Y and maybe you have to change the „Geometry CRS“ to WGS84.

Here the chosen options in my QGIS (Gui is in German) with your CSV-sample and the result on a map.

Hope this help you.
Best regards

Hi There,
Make sure that you tick “decimal separator is comma” when importing the delimited file (X Longitude, Y Latitude)
See if that helps
Cheers - Phil

Dear QGIS,
I can't load in a point layer from my CSV file.
In the CSV file there are coordinates.
When I add the CSV as a delimited text layer in QGIS, it only shows an attribute table with no points.
Could you please help me with this problem, I think I am doing something wrong here.
Greetings,
Laurentiu Ion
