[Qgis-user] uninstall older version of qgis

I have several older version on my computer, when I select 1 of them (QGIS3.28.11 'Firenze') in my apps tab, to uninstall it, I can select to uninstall but it tells me "You must be an Administrator to remove this application. To remove this application, you can log on as an Administrator, or contact your technical support group for assistance" 
So can I log on as an Administrator? or How do I log on as an administrator? If I can do neither, then I'll need some help to remove these older version. Below are the versions that I needed uninstalled:QGIS 3.28.11 'Firenze'QGIS 3.28,15 'FirenzeQGIS 3.28.2 'Firenze'
Can anyone help me? Your help is greatly appreciated
