[Qgis-user] Opening QGIS

I'm running version 3.34.15 and every time I open it, and it ask to register the project as of Nov. 24 that projects need to be registered. Is this necessary? 
I've been selecting the "cancel" option. And then I move on to my layout. 
Is it necessary to register the project I'm working on. Sometimes, I have 2-3 projects going on.
