Hello OsGeo Developers and Collaborators

I developed the ,Brazilian NSDI plugin, INDE QGIS plugin [
https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/inde/
] in the QGIS repository and I also have participated of the GeoNode
mailing list and one Summit in , 2019. Could you point me where I can
download the OsGeo Statute and also someone that could right me a
Declaration that I’m a OsGeo Member and collaborator.
