[Qgis-user] NDVI and Vegetation Condition Index (VCI) using QGIS Python API

Hello QGIS Team,

I am trying to find out if the QGIS Python API includes NDVI and VCI
computation APIs.  I checked briefly and did not see it.  Perhaps there is
another add on  that may be doing the same.  I want to check with you.
