Hi,
first of all, you need to try if the issue still occurs also running a 
currently supported QGIS version like QGIS LTR 3.40.12 or QGIS 3.44.4.

There have been issue in pyarrow shipped by OSGeo4W with QGIS 3.34 [1] 
[2], which have since been fixed.
