There are multiple programs that run on Android (and some run on iOS; I
remain puzzled about licensing of the ones that incorporate QGIS code)
that are useful for data collection.  They have varying degrees of QGIS
integration.  I recommend trying them all and have listed them in order
based on my impression of tightness of intergration with QGIS.

Highly integrated; can export/import data and use qgis layer styling.
Does not use QGIS plugins but there are QField plugins.  This may be
your best bet, but you have to buy into the "QField way" to use it.

OpenStreetMap editor.  Can be used for data collection for qgis, but is
not oriented to qgis or to the GIS approach at all.
