The imperviousness data - are you using the point data itself?

So you are trying to do something with the point data that falls within the
Érd city polygon?

What do you mean by "combine them"?

Are you just trying to get a mean value for imperviousness by averaging all
the points that fall within the city?

There are lots of online tutorials and reference materials. You may find it
worthwhile to review some of them to find out what kinds of analysis you
can undertake with this sort of data.

Also you may wish to think about the underlying spatial distribution that
is being sampled with the point data and what kind of assumptions can
reasonably be made with regard to interpolating and similar kinds of
operations.
