Hi Team,

In our Environment we are using a security tool knows as zscalar to block unwanted contents , this tool has blocked all the plugin for QGIS, the reason is the plugin shows as zip and getting blocked

Our team would like to know if the zip contains any exe or any suspicious file or connection that need to be allowed in order for the plugins to work

If you want to block zip files, that is your decision.  It seems clear
that you are using a tool that isn't doing what you want.  I believe
that you should seek support from your security tool vendor, or make
different choices about security tools.

I don't understand why you are asking this question.   Surely you would
have unpacked the extension zip and examined it.   What did you find?
