[Qgis-user] Not able to open qt designer after installing qgis via OSGeo4W

Hi Jochem,
may you please check if, after trying to start "Qt Designer with QGIS 
3.40.14 custom widgets", there is the report of designer.exe crash 
related to MSVCP140.dll in the Windows tool "Event Viewer" -> "Windows 
Logs" -> "Application"?
