[Qgis-user] Help please, New users, QGIS file, once saved wont open.

Are you using the method of export from the _Project_ menu or the _Save 
Vector As (DXF)_ approach. The former, accessed via Project >>> Export 
Project to DXF works well for me and I have not ever had any 
compatibility issues.
