[Qgis-user] Problem with QGIS Layer

It looks like he /she is trying to write the file to a folder that they do not have permission to write too.  Select a path that they have permission to write to.Kirk SchmidtSent from my Galaxy

Weh ave in our company a problem with QGIS Version 3.40.9.0001,
Everytime our user trys to create a new layer for himself he gots this error:
 

 
What can i do to solve this problem? We are using Win11 for this user.
