[Qgis-user] QGIS - Software install missing functions

Hello!
I have installed

My coworker’s toolbar looks like this:

My toolbar looks like this:

I have tried both the Long Term Release 3.40 and the Latest Release 3.44.
I tried to repair but never really get a configuration menu when installing. My coworker does have it in the latest release.
