[Qgis-user] Network Installer

I use the network installer but have found I get two installations, one in
the C:\OSGeo4W folder and another in the
C:\Users\boxer\AppData\Local\Programs\OSGeo4W\bin\ folder. Is there a way to
only have one install in the C:\OSGeo4W folder?
