[Qgis-user] cant download

Hi Boaz,

Please don't spam the user group email list when you don't get immediate
answers.

Can you *exactly *explain what you did when trying to download 3.44.13?
What URL did you use? And what happened? Did you get an error message? If
yes, what was the message? Can you provide a screenshot?

QGIS doesn't block any countries or versions for download.
