Furthermore you need to enable on-the-fly projection to be able to display vector layers in different crs. </div><div><br></div><div>To display lat-lon I think the project crs must be one of the lat-lon crs. This will imply that all your rasters must be in the same lat-lon crs. </div><div>There is no, yet, on-the-fly projection for raster.</div><div><br></div><div>Also note that what you've done was only cosmetic and did not reproject the vector files to the intended projection.
