<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-GB" style="mso-ansi-language:EN-GB">Finally, using GRASS plugin in QGis, you can obtain a result which is quite similar to what I was looking for, without having to produce a shapefile, but having your dxf file in a projected coordinate system.</span></p>

DXF doesn't support CSR but it does support projected coordinates. <br />

you can see that the coordinates used are the same. <br />
