Hi Gissur,<div><br></div><div>The swap line tool should be in the new plugin repo that QGIS is now using.  You will have to add <a href="http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/plugins.xml" target="_blank">http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/plugins.xml</a> to the plugin installer to get access to the new repo.</div>

<br>I can not find this plugin in the plugin installer inside qgis.<br><br>I found a link to a zip file here: <a href="http://pyqgis.org/manager/python_plugin/list" target="_blank">http://pyqgis.org/manager/python_plugin/list</a> - except that the domain it points to seems to have succumbed to web-rot.<br>
