Hola puedes usar el plugin XYtools y ahi te da la opcion de importar como puntos, solo que lo tienes que tener en el formato de 97-2003, o puedes guardar los datos a un archivo *.CSV (en excel tienes esa opcion) y usar el plugin de "Añadir Capa de Texto Delimitado"<br><br><em><font face="Comic Sans MS">SALUDOS</font></em><br>
