<div>After installing QGIS 1.8.0, I get this error when I try to launch the program:</div>

<p style="TEXT-INDENT:0px;MARGIN:0px">I'm running Windows XP, SP3. </p>
<p style="TEXT-INDENT:0px;MARGIN:0px">When I first installed the program, I was'nt administrator and could'nt install QGIS correctly. </p>
<p style="TEXT-INDENT:0px;MARGIN:0px">Afterwards I ran the installation as Administrator and the installation finished without any errors. But when I try opening it, I got the error above.</p>

<p style="TEXT-INDENT:0px;MARGIN:0px">Do I miss some dll's or is there any path's that should be added to the environmental settings?</p>
