Geoprocessing, Intersect off the Vector menu, specified the point layer first
and polygon layer second. Although it creates a shape file, it has nothing in
the resulting attribute table. I've tried different point and layer files,
but still had no results. </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

carry out an intersect between two polygon layers, in this case, the attribute
table has results. </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

layer to to a shape file, ran the intersect again, but still no

the polygons(!), and the CRS match. </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
