You have two options;<br>
1. Use the <a
href="http://darrencope.com/2011/10/13/qgis-trace-edit-tool/">Trace
Edit</a> plug-in tool to speed up retracing the common edge<br>
2. Digitise as a line shapefile then use geoprocessing to convert
lines to polygons<br>
<br>
It is important when digitising that you are very accurate and use
Snapping at all times to avoid slithers or overlaps.<br>

outside another, that has common sides<br>
If I have polygon 1 and 2, andI wan to to digitize polygon 3, I'm
searching a tool that allow me to digitize pol 3 without redraw
the common sides with 1 and 2 (in thi case ise very simple
redraw,, but with complex and natural polygons it is an heavy
WORK!!)<br>
