    hi guys,<br>

    I'm preparing a map like the one shown in the QGIS <a

href="http://docs.qgis.org/2.2/en/docs/training_manual/forestry/forest_maps.html">forestry

      exercise</a>. Unfortunately, some vector elements and their

    labels  in the main map lead to a overfilled overview map.<br>

    Is there the possibility to hide specific elements from the overview

    map in the composer?<br>
