Not sure what to do... both where upgrades? Have you tried reinstalling just the NTv2 plugin? The NTv2 datum plugin is for the processing toolbox so I may be that it needs reinstalling. Did you loose other plugins during the upgrade?</p>

Hmmm, I did that - no effect. I can see the processing toolbox, just
<br />no NTv2... The same thing happens on a second computer as well -
<br />similar configuration (Win 8.1, 64 bit, QGIS 2.10...)
