Hi Inna,<br>
<br>
Do you mean based on a calculation (expression)?<br>
<br>
Unfortunately, this is not possible yet. You'd have to calculate a
new raster file for that.<br>
<br>
It would be an interesting addition to QGIS - if you really care
about it you might consider sponsoring this as a new feature. The
expression engine is already quite powerful in QGIS - so it should
be possible.<br>
<br>
---------------------<br>
<br>
Actually - there may be a workaround by (but not too intuitive). I
believe you can create a virtual raster file (VRT) where you can do
calculations. It is basically an XML file where you can mix/change
channels or do calculations on the raster. This is done on the fly.
So instead of loading your original raster - you would load the VRT
file - which contains and applies the calculations on the fly.<br>
<br>
See <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.gdal.org/gdal_vrttut.html">http://www.gdal.org/gdal_vrttut.html</a><br>
<br>
Hope this helps,<br>
Andreas<br>
